As at many international airports in the world, when you arrive in Moscow and exit from Baggage Claim and Customs at one of the two major international airports, Sheremetyevo, SVO, terminal 1 or 2 or Domodedovo, DME, you may have to fend off the taxi drivers competing for your business. BEWARE: These taxies will charge as much as $150 or more for a trip into the city.

The simple solution to this situation is to reserve the AIRPORT TRANSFER PACKAGE, and when you arrive in Moscow, you will be met by your personal driver who will be waiting for you at the airport as you exit from Baggage Claim and Customs. He’ll take charge of your luggage, and you’ll be driven straight to your apartment in the center of Moscow.

We offer transfers to and from all points in and around Moscow.  Drivers are also available on a hourly, daily, or weekly basis.  Although gas prices have tripled in Moscow in the past few years, we have kept our prices as low as possible.  They are one-half to one-third the cost of the "official" taxi rates from any airport.  For those not staying in one of our apartments, the cost will be $5-10 higher than the rates listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: A $10-15 surcharge will be added to an arrival transfer or a departure transfer that originates before 0700 (7:00 a.m.) or after 2200 (10:00 p.m.) local Moscow time, and for more than one guest. In addition, if your inbound flight is delayed for one hour or more, an additional $15 will be charged to pay for the driver's time and parking during the delay.
