2-bedroom deluxe apartment at Troitskaya

Now with a PC and high-speed cable modem internet!

One of our most popular apartments is our very large, deluxe, very comfortable 2-bedroom at Troitskaya Ulitsa #10. Located on the 10th floor in a building with two reliable elevators, security entrance and quiet neighbors, it will impress all those who need more space and don't want to pay $900/night or more at a good Moscow hotel to get it.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is also a sofa-sleeper (for one) in the family room and a new sleeping cot is also available. It has a large TV/VCR (multi-system for all formats of VHS tapes), satellite TV with CNN and over 400 other channels, DVD player, modern furnishings, large well-designed walk-in closet, comfortable bathroom and shower, full-time hot water, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, stove, full kitchen with everything you need, enclosed balconies in the front and back ... you get the idea, this place has everything to make it a great value relative to Moscow's overpriced hotels.

This apartment is located in a very nice area. The apartment is convenient to everything; it's 50 yards off the Garden Ring road that circles the city center. Metro stops Svetnoy Bulvar (next to the famed Moscow Circus) and Sukharevskaya are each a five minutes' walk away. There is a wonderful variety of cafes and restaurants within a few hundred yards, including a nice Japanese restaurant, a new McDonald's, Subway, Cafe Courvoisier (most 'hip' cafe in the city), Korchma (100% authentic Ukrainian), and Baskin-Robbins. On the same block, you will also find a flower shop, money exchange, food/fruit/vegetable stands, ATM, bank, a pharmacy, and several 24-hour markets.

Included Services: Move in assistance gladly provided. Rick and his staff are available 24/7 in English and/or Russian. They can offer you an abundance of free advice on dining, shopping, nightlife, and tourist attractions. Need something? Just ask.

Additional Services: Airport transfers are discounted to $55 for guests only for airport SVO ($105 roundtrip).  It is $60 one-way and $115 roundtrip for Domodedovo airport.  Train station transfers are only $35 for a pick-up and $30 for a drop-off for our guests. All prices include the parking fees and are about half the "official" taxi rates.

Visa Support: Tourist visa invitation ($40) and / or visa registration ($55).

Payment: All prices are quoted in US dollars.  A deposit of $200 is required to guarantee an apartment.  Deposit and rent can be paid with most credit cards, in the US via bank check or money order, and/or in Moscow via cash, credit card, or Western Union.  Dollars are preferred, but rubles and euros are also accepted.  Receipts available upon request.  There are absolutely no unpleasant surprises in the form of miscellaneous charges, fees, commissions, etc. The price is exactly as confirmed and includes all taxes.

Rick has lived in Moscow since 1996 and is married to a Russian lady (Natasha) with one young daughter (Angelika).  Rick has the only American owned and managed apartment service in Moscow and his standards of service have earned him a worldwide reputation.  Please contact us if you have any questions, as we are ready to make your stay in Moscow an enjoyable one.

We feel our pricing is very reasonable and a bargain for what you get. At $200-260/night, this 2-bedroom flat is a real steal when you compare it to the cost of the better hotels in the city. (To provide some perspective: right now, the Marriott Grand - a very good hotel, granted - starts at about $950/night for a suite room with separate bedrooms - and no kitchen or washing machine or computer). Something with this size and slate of amenities would be not less than $850/night at any decent hotel in the city.
