1-bedroom apartment at Troitskaya Now with computer and high-speed internet! We have a comfortable 1-bedroom located at Troitskaya Ulitsa #10. The flat is located on the 7th floor in a building with two reliable elevators, a secure entrance and quiet neighbors. The bedroom now has a new queen bed (not shown in these photos) with ortho mattress and new closet. There is also a sofa-sleeper in the family room. Amenities include digital satellite TV with 450 channels, multi-system (PAL or NTSC VHS tapes) VCR, a well-appointed family room, a nicely equipped kitchen suitable for three, all linens and towels, full-time hot water, an enclosed balcony, and all the little things (such as imported soft toilet paper) our guests have come to expect from us. The flat also has a new washer/dryer machine. This apartment is located in a very nice area. The apartment is convenient to everything; it's 50 yards off the Garden Ring road that circles the city center. Metro stops Svetnoy Bulvar (next to the famed Moscow Circus) and Sukharevskaya are each a five minutes' walk away. There is a wonderful variety of cafes and restaurants within a few hundred yards, including a nice Japanese restaurant, a new McDonald's, Cafe Courvoisier (most 'hip' cafe in the city), Korchma (100% authentic Ukrainian), and Baskin-Robbins. On the same block, you will also find a flower shop, money exchange, food/fruit/vegetable stands, ATM, bank, a pharmacy, and several 24-hour markets. Included Services: Move in
assistance gladly provided. Rick and his staff are available 24/7
in English and/or Russian. They can offer you an abundance of free
advice on dining, shopping, nightlife, and tourist attractions. Need
something? Just ask. Click here to learn more about the location of all our apartments and to see a map of this specific apartment. Click here http://www.pictureplan.info/77/troitskaya170/ to see a floor plan of the apartment, as well as many photos. Rates
We feel our pricing is very reasonable and an excellent value for what you get. (To provide some perspective; right now, the huge Soviet-era hotels in less desirable locations charge more for their Soviet-style, tiny, uncomfortable rooms with single beds.)
