Want a discount off these listed rates? Moscow Rick reserves the right to charge less than the standard rates listed for each flat. If you will be traveling during a slower-travel period, or your dates work well with one of the apartment schedules, you will be offered a rate lower than those listed. Just let Moscow Rick know your tentative or exact travel dates today and you will have a price quote within 24 hours for any flats that meet your requirements. Pricing FYI: Moscow Rick is now the only major apartment service still charging in dollars, not euros - a substantial savings at current exchange rates. What used to be a $150/night apartment with others suddenly became 150 euros/night ($200), but it is still $150 with Moscow Rick. All our apartments are conveniently located near the center of Moscow, either on or very near the "Garden Ring" road, the main road that circles the city's center. The apartments are all situated very near each other, which makes things simpler for groups and for repeat guests who become familiar with our part of Moscow. A short walk from each flat will take you to restaurants (including McDonald's, Subway Sandwich and Baskin-Robbins), attractions and entertainment options (including shops, parks, children's play areas and the famous Moscow Circus), businesses (including money exchange offices and a pharmacy) and government offices. A brief taxi ride can take you to any of the train stations in town, or to the US Embassy (also located on the Garden Ring). If you want to venture further out into Moscow, our apartments are all within a very short walk of two major metro stations in the center of Moscow (Sukharevskaya and Svetnoy Bulvar). These stations are only one or two stops away from Moscow's main attractions, such as Red Square, the Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, Manezh shopping center, GUM shopping center, New Arbat Street and Old Arbat Street (the pedestrian walkway with all the performers, artists, and souvenirs). Deposits and payments All prices are quoted in US dollars. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to guarantee an apartment. Deposit payments can be made with all major credit cards, as well as cash in Moscow in dollars (preferred), rubles, or euros. Receipts available upon request. There are absolutely no unpleasant surprises in the form of miscellaneous charges, fees, commissions, etc. The price is exactly as confirmed and includes all taxes.
