Rick has the only American owned and managed apartment

Rick and his wife Natasha are available 24/7 in English or
Russian during your stay to help in any way they can to make
your Moscow visit as enjoyable as possible. Rick has been
in Moscow since 1996 and he and Natasha have a little
princess - Angelika. They can offer you an abundance of
free advice on dining, shopping, nightlife, and tourist
attractions. Overview: All apartments are conveniently located in the same area of the center. This makes it very convenient and comfortable for repeat guests and also to accommodate groups. They are all within a very short walk of two metro stations in the center of Moscow - metros Sukharevskaya and Svetnoy Bulvar. Within a short walk (often on the same block), you will find many shops, cafes, restaurants, money exchange, pharmacy, the famed Moscow Circus, Baskin Robbins, McDonalds, Subway Sandwich, parks, children's playland, etc. All Rick's flats are located on, or just off, the Garden Ring (the main road that circles the city center - and which the US Embassy is located on). All flats have Moscow guidebooks, city maps, metro maps, phone books in English and Russian, and an English newspaper with restaurant and nightlife guide. All flats are convenient to all Moscow train stations and all are within two metro stops of Red Square, Kremlin, Bolshoi Theater, Manezh shopping center, GUM shopping center, New Arbat Street, and Old Arbat Street (the pedestrian walkway with all the performers, artists, and souvenirs). In addition to being immaculately clean, Rick's flats come with many Western features such as: private bathrooms and kitchens, satellite TV, multi-system VCR, microwave, washer/dryer - - see the details below for the features of each apartment. New: Mobile phones now available. Have your personal Moscow phone number available weeks before you arrive to give out to your family, friends, business colleagues, and contacts in Russia.
Additional Services: Airport transfers for $35 for guests only (add $5 for Domodedovo airport). Train station transfers only $15 - again, for guests only. Visa Support: Moscow Rick devotes all his energies into assuring his guests of a quality apartment at a fair price and does not offer visa invitations at this time, but will offer recommendations of quality firms that do. Rick does have a contact who will register visas.
Payment: All prices are quoted in US dollars. A deposit
of $150 is required to guarantee an apartment.
Deposits and rents can be paid in the US via bank check or
money order and/or in Moscow via cash, Western Union, or
MoneyGram. Dollars or Euros are preferred, but rubles
also accepted.
Receipts available upon request. There are absolutely no
unpleasant surprises in the form of miscellaneous charges, fees, commissions, etc. The price is exactly as confirmed and includes all taxes.
Apartment Map: As you review the photos and info on the flats, you will find each flat represented by a colored dot below. Some buildings (colored dots) have as many as three flats - great for accommodating groups. The large road at the bottom (left-right) is the Garden Ring Road - Moscow's main road that circles the city center.
